Toggle

Add a toggle for attaching a Pom Pom onto a hat to make it easily remove-able. 

This doesn't require sewing on. This will sit on the inside of the hat, using the strings on the pom pom to attach it to the hat. 

I have tested it out on many hats and you can't feel the toggle on the inside against your head - I know that would annoy me but it's not noticeable!
