Shipping and Returns
Processing Times
Processing times can vary depending on the time of year and the number of orders already in place. Please see the announcement banner at the top of the page for current processing times before ordering. Dyed to order yarn has a different timescale that is stated on the listing.
Advents are posted around October/November and Christmas Eve boxes are posted around late November/ early December.
Shipping
Standard orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48. This takes around 2-4 working days.
Express orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24. This takes around 1 - 2 working days.
These times can vary and are dependant on Royal Mail.
You will be notified once your order has been dispatched and will be provided with a tracking number that you can use to track the location of your parcel.
Please note that items are sent to the address provided with your payment. We can't take responsibility if you have provided incorrect details or if you request the items be sent to a different address.
If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch (UK only, for international orders please allow up to 30 days) then it is the customers' responsibility to contact the local sorting office. You can also book a redelivery by visiting www.royalmail.com/redelivery and entering the next working date after your parcel was dispatched. You do not need a ‘sorry we missed you’ card for this.
If there is still no sign of your parcel after you have explored these options, please contact us and we can discuss the matter further.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it. Please contact me as soon as possible - this must be within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the item has been returned, a refund will be issued.

Any items returned must be in their original and unused condition.
Returns are not accepted for custom orders, clubs, advents, digital items, mystery bags or anything not returned in its original condition.
Please note that postage will not be refunded, nor will you be reimbursed for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. Please obtain proof of postage for all returns. If your returned parcel does not arrive with me, it is your responsibility to seek compensation and a refund will not be issued.
International Orders
International Orders are sent out via Royal Mail International tracked. The customer is responsible for any import or customs fees and VAT. (USA orders see below!)
If an order is returned due us to duties and taxes not being paid it is the responsibility of the you the customer to re-arrange and pay for redelivery.
If you would like to use a different courier for your parcel, please get in touch prior to ordering and I will give you a postage quote.
USA Customers
All USA orders are now subject to a 10% Tariff that must be paid when clearing customs. This is paid by me when posting your parcel to Royal Mail who will pay the tariff when it arrives in the USA. The prices that you see on the website are inclusive of the 10% tariff, and the postage costs includes the 50p per order fee paid to Royal Mail to process the order, so there should be no surprises responding to extra fees due to tariffs!
However any other import fees or VAT that your purchase should incur that is charged by the USA that is due upon arrival in the country is the responsibilty of the customer.
