Processing Times

Processing times can vary depending on the time of year and the number of orders already in place. Please see the announcement banner at the top of the page for current processing times before ordering.  Yarn only orders will be dispatched quicker, as they are ready for immediate shipment - unless they are a bespoke order.  

 

The longest processing time for regular orders is 2 weeks but every effort is made to get them out quicker, especially in quieter periods. If you need anything urgently, please get in touch with me prior to ordering to discuss your specific requirements. 
NB.  Please note that processing times are in addition to shipping times - which obviously are subject to seasonal variations.

Shipping

Standard orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48. This takes around 2-4 working days.

Express order are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24. This takes around 1 - 2 working days. 

These times can vary and are dependant on Royal Mail. 

You will be notified once your order has been dispatched and will be provided with a tracking number that you can use to track the location of your parcel. 

Please note that items are sent to the address provided with your payment. We can't take responsibility if you have provided incorrect details or if you request the items be sent to a different address.

If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch (UK only, for international orders please allow up to 30 days) then it is the customers' responsibility to contact the local sorting office. You can also book a redelivery by visiting www.royalmail.com/redelivery and entering the next working date after your parcel was dispatched. You do not need a ‘sorry we missed you’ card for this.

If there is still no sign of your parcel after you have explored these options, please contact us and we can discuss the matter further.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it. Please contact me as soon as possible - this must be within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the item has been returned, a refund will be issued.

Any items returned must be in their original and unused condition. 

Returns are not accepted for custom orders, clubs, advents, digital items, mystery bags or anything not returned in its original condition. 

Please note that postage will not be refunded, nor will you be reimbursed for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. Please obtain proof of postage for all returns. If your returned parcel does not arrive with me, it is your responsibility to seek compensation and a refund will not be issued.

International Orders

International Orders are sent out via Royal Mail International tracked. The customer is responsible for any import or customs fees and VAT. If you are EU based and would like to order with the VAT included, please get in touch before ordering and I can set up a listing on my Etsy page for you to order through and pay the VAT up front. 

Please be aware that due to Royal Mail issues, parcels sent internationally are taking much longer to get to their recipients. 

If you would like to use a different courier for your parcel, please get in touch prior to ordering and I will give you a postage quote.
